At Bloom Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible boutique items. Please ensure all returned pieces are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to receive an RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation to ensure fast processing.
Ship the Items
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full purchase amount will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.
